Make It from Your Heart

Make It from Your Heart, Volume 1 is CTMH's newest how-to publication.  It features 16 two page layout patterns, 2 single page patterns and 12 card patterns, and highlights new artwork, technique ideas and colour palettes.  For $7.95 you can't really go wrong.

I had a lot of fun making this layout for my daughter's 2010 Back to School pix and a card for my youngest daughter's birthday.  She is really into Monster High at the moment.

September Workshop

Moonlight Workshop  ~  Saturday 15  ~  7pm

With our So Cal summer still in full swing - can you believe this heat! - its hard to imagine that autumn is not to far away.  Halloween is a favourite time for my girls so I'm getting ready with this fun layout.  For this layout I used the Moonlight WOTG Kit, G1051, $29.95.  You can also buy items separately to fit your budget (except for the stamp and guide).  I think it has great colours and accessories.  I have also seen it used for a non Halloween layout and it was amazing.

Products Used Are:
E1021     Trinity Alphabet stamp     $29.95
*X7161b     Moonlight paper pack     $9.95
*Z1754     Sparkles Black and Grey assortment     $2.95
*Z1741     Haunted assortment     $4.95
Z2105     Black ink     $5.25
Z2123     Goldrush ink    $5.25
Z2147     Smokey Plum ink     $5.25
3174     Blending pen     $3.95
Z697     Sponge     $1.25
Z1151     3-D foam tape     $5.95
(blocks:  1x3.5, 3x3, 2x6.5)
*  included in Kit

These fun Halloween Countdown blocks are the bonus project for this months kit.  I don't usually make a lot of the bonus projects but this one was to cute to pass up.  With a couple of additional items and the rest of the kit materials you can make these too.

Additional Materials:
Z1746     My Creations Block (2)     $3.95 each  ($7.90)
Z1681     Dimensional Elements Numbers     $3.25

** prices to do include tax or shipping**

Materials need to be ordered before workshop.  Please RSVP and have payment to me by 10pm, Tuesday September 4, if you would like me to order them for you.

All workshops are open.  This layout is optional and if you wish to do something else that is great.  Join us for a fun night out with friends.  (a small fee will be charged if you wish to use my stamps and ink)
